WV019A is a generic single water inlet valve kit with a 90 degree outlet sized at 10mm. It's an aftermarket, universal valve for appliances that take water in through one solenoid, which covers a lot of washing machines and dishwashers. Because it's universal, the job is matching it to the valve you're replacing rather than to a brand or model.
Washing machine not filling? Check the inlet valve
The inlet valve is the electric tap at the back of the machine where the hose connects. When the control calls for water, the solenoid coil opens the valve, and when it's satisfied the valve snaps shut. A failed coil or blocked valve means the machine hums but won't fill, fills slowly, or stops partway through a program with a water error. A valve that won't close is worse, letting water trickle in with the power off, which can overfill the tub or flood the floor. Check the filter screen in the inlet for grit before condemning the valve.

Matching and fitting a universal valve
Turn off the tap and unplug the machine, then disconnect the hose and catch the water left in it. Compare your old valve side by side with this one: outlet angle, outlet size, mounting bracket and terminal layout all need to line up. Photograph the wiring before unplugging the coil. Once fitted, turn the tap on slowly and check every joint for drips.
