S51202S is a generic replacement oven knob in silver, made to suit St George ovens and sold as a single knob. It's built in two pieces, a knob body and an insert, which are supplied together and not sold separately. The insert can be pulled out and turned 180 degrees, so the knob can be set the correct way up for the control it goes on. Order one for each knob you need to replace.
Replacing worn St George oven knobs
St George knobs take daily handling, heat from the oven and plenty of cleaning, so over the years they crack, fade or lose their grip on the spindle. A knob that spins without turning the control, wobbles, or has lost its markings makes it hard to set the oven accurately. Because the insert in this knob can be rotated, it can be set to line up with the control's off position. Replacing a few knobs at once also keeps the panel looking even.

Fitting and orienting the knob
Make sure the oven is off and cool. Ease the old knob off by pulling it straight towards you. Before fitting the new one, check the insert's flat lines up with the spindle and the knob sits the right way up. If it doesn't, ease the insert out, turn it 180 degrees and push it back in. Press the knob home and check it points to off.
