R111020 is a genuine Fisher & Paykel halogen lamp with a G10 base. When the light on your F&P appliance stops working, a blown globe is the first thing to check, and this is the halogen version F&P lists under this number. Fisher & Paykel also lists an LED version as part 792603. Check that the base and size of your old globe match before ordering R111020.
Fisher & Paykel light not working?
Halogen globes give a bright, white light, but they run hot and the filament eventually fails. A blown halogen often looks fine at a glance, so look closely for a broken filament or dark, cloudy glass. If the light flickers, works only some of the time, or stays off with a new globe fitted, the fault may be in the switch, the wiring or the lamp holder instead. Replacing the globe is the cheapest place to start and often all it needs.

Changing a halogen globe
Switch the appliance off at the wall and give an old globe a few minutes to cool, as halogens get very hot. Avoid touching the glass of the new lamp with bare fingers, because skin oil can shorten its life. Hold it with a clean cloth or the packaging, push or twist it firmly into the holder, refit any cover, and power up to test.
