Product details
R0211022 is a generic DC fan motor, an aftermarket replacement our records list as the same as part numbers 3015915900 and 601067. If either of those numbers appears on the label of your old motor, this is the part to compare. We don't have voltage, shaft or connector details on file, so check those against the original before ordering, and send us your appliance model through the parts enquiry form if anything looks different.
When a DC fan motor stops turning
DC fan motors are common in frost free fridges and freezers, where they circulate cold air from the evaporator or cool the condenser, and they turn up in other appliances too. They're driven by a control board and are often brushless, so failure tends to be sudden. Signs include a fan that won't spin, spins slowly or stops and starts, a ticking or scraping noise from ice or debris hitting the blade, or a cabinet that warms up while the compressor keeps running. Check for ice or a jammed blade first, then confirm the motor is getting supply voltage before replacing it.

Swapping the fan motor
Unplug the appliance at the wall first. Photograph the wiring and note which way the blade faces and how far it sits on the shaft, then remove the old motor from its bracket. Move the blade across if one isn't supplied, refit the motor the same way round and check the blade turns freely. DC motors are polarity sensitive, so match the wires exactly.
