Missing a knob, or has one split so it spins without turning the control? OVK058W is a generic universal control knob in white, made to suit a wide range of ovens, upright stoves and cooktops. It comes with adaptors so it can grip different spindle shapes. Being a universal design, it won't look exactly like your original knobs, so many people replace the whole set for a consistent look.
When a stove knob needs replacing
A control knob does a simple job, turning the switch, energy regulator or gas valve spindle behind the panel. Heat, cleaning sprays and years of use make plastic brittle, and the first sign is usually a knob that slips on its spindle or has a split in the boss underneath. Some fall off every time you wipe the panel. A loose knob makes it hard to set the heat accurately and can leave a hotplate or burner on when you think it's off. A firm new knob restores the grip and gives a positive feel when you turn the control.

Fitting a universal knob
Make sure every control is in the off position and the appliance is cool. On a gas appliance, confirm each burner is fully off first. Pull the old knob straight off its spindle and look at the spindle shape, usually round with a flat side. Choose the adaptor that fits snugly, press it into the knob, then push the knob on so it sits square. Turn it through its full range to check it grips well and returns cleanly to off.
