MAN64889901 Genuine Door Shelf Basket for LG Refrigerators, LG Fridge Door Bin Replacement

MAN64889901 is a genuine LG door shelf basket made for LG refrigerators. It mounts on the inside of the door and keeps bottles, jars and smaller items within easy reach. We don't have a model list for this number, so before you order, compare MAN64889901 with the parts list for your fridge, or check the old basket's width, depth and tab positions against the photo.

What goes wrong with fridge door baskets

Every opening of the fridge door swings the basket and everything in it, so the tabs that hold it on take repeated knocks. Over time they fatigue and crack, especially when the shelf is packed with heavy bottles. You might hear a rattle when the door moves, see the basket sitting crooked, or find it has dropped onto the shelf below. Split corners and a broken front lip are also common. Once the plastic has cracked the damage tends to spread, so replacing the basket early saves a mess later.

Fitting the replacement basket
