When a De'Longhi fan blade needs replacing
The fan blade is what actually moves the air once the motor spins, so any damage to it shows up quickly. A cracked or chipped blade throws the fan out of balance, which you'll hear as rattling, ticking or a rising hum, and you may feel extra vibration through the casing. Blades can also split at the hub and start slipping on the motor shaft, leaving the motor running while airflow drops away. Replacing the blade early stops the wobble from wearing out the motor bearings.

Fitting the LH1077 fan blade
