Panasonic outdoor unit fan not spinning?
The outdoor fan draws air across the coil to carry away the heat removed from your home in cooling mode, and to pick up heat in heating mode. This DC motor is driven by the outdoor unit's control board, which varies its speed. When the motor fails, the fan may not spin, run slowly or noisily, or stop shortly after starting. The system can then shut down on high pressure or overheating and show an error code, with poor cooling or heating inside.
