HR-STD is the genuine HyChill stand made for the new style refrigerant bottle. It gives the can a stable base on the job, which matters when hoses and gauges are hanging off the top and the can needs to stay put. Older bottle shapes may not sit in it the same way, so check the can you use before ordering.
Why use a stand with refrigerant cans
A small refrigerant can with a tap, hose and gauges attached is top heavy and easy to knock over. If it tips during charging, the hose can kink or pull on its fitting, the flow changes and gas may escape at the connection. Using the stand
