Fitting a dishwasher drain hose

Turn the dishwasher off at the wall and close the water tap. Slide the machine out carefully and put towels down, as the old hose will hold some water. Connect the new hose to the pump outlet and secure it with a suitable clamp. Run it to the drain without kinks, with a high loop up under the bench to stop dirty water flowing back. Run a rinse cycle and check for leaks.
