Fitting the clamp
Turn off the water tap and unplug the appliance before working on any hose. Slide the clamp over the hose, push the hose fully onto its spigot, then position the clamp just behind the raised lip and tighten or close it evenly. Don't overtighten, as that can cut into the hose. Turn the water back on and check the joint stays dry.
