H1520200011 Genuine Oven Inner Door Glass for Blanco Ovens BOSE900X, Inside Door Glass Pane Replacement for Cracked Glass

H1520200011 is the genuine inner door glass for the Blanco BOSE900X oven. The inner pane faces the cooking cavity and is the first layer of glass between the heat and the outside of the door. If the glass in your BOSE900X has cracked, chipped or crazed, this is the original replacement. For other Blanco models, compare the size and number of the old pane before ordering.

Cracked inner glass in a Blanco BOSE900X oven door

Oven doors are built with several layers of glass so the outside stays cool enough to touch. The inner pane takes the most heat and the biggest temperature swings, such as cold water splashed on hot glass or a hard knock from a tray. Damage often starts as a small chip on an edge that grows into a crack. Cracked inner glass should be replaced, because it can let heat escape, fog the view into the oven and in the worst case shatter.

Replacing the inner door glass

Wait until the oven is cold and switch it off at the isolator. Taking the door off and laying it flat on a towel makes the job much easier. Note the order and orientation of every pane and any spacers or clips as they come out. Fit the new inner glass the right way round, refit the door and check it closes square.
