The genuine drum drive belt H0180300006C is a 6PH1940 poly-V belt used in a broad group of Fisher & Paykel and Haier dryers. It is listed for 40 models, covering DE4024, DE5060, DE6060, DE7060 and DE8060 dryers, the DH8060 and DH9060 models and Haier HDV and HDHP machines. If the belt has snapped or the drum slips, this is the replacement.
Dryer drum not turning or squealing?
This belt loops around the drum and the motor pulley, held under tension by an idler so it can grip and turn the drum. Heat, lint and years of starts and stops wear the ribs smooth or crack the backing until it slips or breaks. When that happens the motor may still run and the dryer may even warm up, yet the drum stays put and the clothes come out in a hot, damp heap. Squealing at start-up, a thumping sound as the drum turns or a burnt rubber smell are early warnings.

Changing the drive belt
Unplug the dryer before taking any panels off and keep track of the screws. Lint tends to gather around the motor and idler, so vacuum it out while everything is open. Fit the belt around the drum with the grooves against the drum surface, pass it around the idler and onto the motor pulley as the old one was routed, then turn the drum by hand to check it tracks evenly.
