Dishwasher leaking from the door?
The tub seal runs around the front opening of the dishwasher tub and presses against the inner door when it closes, keeping the spray inside. Over the years the rubber hardens, shrinks or splits, and food acids and strong detergents speed that up. Look for water dripping from the bottom of the door, a wet kickboard, damaged flooring in front of the machine, or a seal that has pulled out of its channel. On models with flood protection, a leaking seal can also set off the leak sensor and stop the cycle.

Fitting a new tub seal
Unplug the dishwasher and open the door fully. Pull the old seal out of its channel and clean the channel of food and detergent build-up. Starting from the same point the old seal began, press the new seal in evenly without stretching it, working your way around the opening. Close the door to check it seals all round, then run a short program and look for drips.
