H0120200964 is a genuine Haier roller wheel for the lower basket of Haier dishwashers. It is supplied as the wheel only, without an axle. If the axle on your basket is also broken or missing, it is available separately as H0120200965, and a complete roller with axle is sold as H0120200346. When the axles on your basket are intact, the wheel alone is all you need.
Dishwasher bottom basket not rolling properly
The lower basket runs on a set of rollers that let it glide out over the open door and back into the tub. A broken, cracked or missing wheel makes the basket drag, tilt to one side or drop off its track, which can jam it against the door, scratch the tub and even stop the door closing properly. A lopsided basket also shifts the dishes, so the spray arm can catch on plates and wash results suffer. Swapping worn wheels is a quick, low cost repair that saves replacing the whole basket.

Fitting a lower basket roller
With the dishwasher off and cool, pull the lower basket out and lift it free so you can work on a bench. Look closely at how the old wheel is retained on its axle, then ease it off, taking care not to snap the axle. Clip the new wheel on, spin it to check it turns freely and slide the basket back in to make sure it runs straight. Replace any other worn wheels at the same time.

Only if the axle on your basket is broken or missing. H0120200964 is the wheel only. Order H0120200965 for the axle, or H0120200346 for a complete roller that includes both.
