H0120200543C is the genuine internal hose that feeds water up to the top sprayer in Fisher & Paykel and Haier dishwashers. It runs inside the tub and carries wash water to the upper spray arm. Models on the list include the Fisher & Paykel DW60CH, DW60CK and DW60FC1 series and the Haier HDW14G2 and HDW15V ranges.
Top rack coming out dirty? Check the spray hose
Dishwashers like these send water from the wash pump to the lower arm and, through this internal hose, up to the top sprayer. If the hose cracks, splits or comes loose, water escapes before it reaches the top of the tub. The usual result is a top basket that comes out grimy or still has food on it while the bottom rack is clean. You might also hear water spraying in the wrong place, or spot the hose hanging free when you pull the racks out. A hardened or kinked hose cuts the flow in the same way.

Fitting the spray hose
Switch the dishwasher off at the wall and turn off the tap. Remove the racks to get clear access inside the tub. Note how the old hose is routed and clipped, as the new one needs to follow the same path so it doesn't catch on the baskets. Push each end fully onto its connector, then run a rinse cycle and check the top rack gets a good spray.
