Fitting the axle stub
Take the upper basket out of the dishwasher so you can work on it at a bench. Note how the old stub attaches to the basket frame, remove what is left of it, and fit the new stub the same way. Slide the roller back on, check it turns freely, then refit the basket and test its travel.
