Its partner on the fresh food side carries a different number, H0060871302B, so be sure you're replacing the freezer duct. We have no model list for it yet. What the freezer air duct does in a frost free fridge
Frost free fridges make their cold air at the evaporator and use a fan to push it where it's needed. The freezer duct assembly is the moulded channel and vent panel that directs that air into the freezer compartment. If it cracks, warps or comes loose, airflow goes the wrong way. The freezer may struggle to hold temperature, food can freeze unevenly, frost or ice can build up around the vents, and a fan blade catching on a damaged duct makes a ticking or scraping noise.

Fitting the duct assembly
Switch off at the wall and empty the freezer into an esky. Remove the drawers or shelves so you can reach the rear panel. If there's ice behind the old duct, let it thaw fully rather than chipping at it. Photograph any wiring that passes through the duct, transfer anything clipped to it, then fit the new assembly and check the fan spins freely before you power up.
