Fitting a French door gasket

Switch the fridge off at the wall and keep the doors shut as much as possible while you work. Lay the new gasket out in a warm room so the packing creases soften. Pull the old seal out of its channel a section at a time and press the new one in, starting at the corners. Check the centre flap still folds and meets both seals.
