This is the right hand version of Haier's freezer compartment slide cover, part number H0060235656A. It's a genuine Haier part for Haier fridge freezers. The cover fits over the slide on the right side of the freezer section and keeps the runner neat and protected. The left hand cover has a different number, H0060235656, so check which side you need before ordering.
Broken slide cover in a Haier freezer
Slide covers are small trim parts, but they do a useful job. They cover the slide mechanism, stop food packets snagging on the runner and keep the inside of the freezer looking tidy. In the cold, the plastic becomes brittle, so covers often crack when a heavy drawer is pulled out at an angle or a frozen item jams against the side. A missing cover can leave sharp edges exposed and let ice build up around the slide, making the drawer stiff.

Fitting the slide cover
Empty and remove the freezer drawer or shelf so you can see the slide clearly. Note how the old cover clips or screws in place before you remove it. If it has cracked, collect every broken piece so nothing is left in the slide. Let the new cover sit at room temperature first, which makes the clips less likely to snap, then press it into place.
