The GYH ending identifies a particular version, which may relate to colour or finish, so it needs to match the panel on your machine. No models are on file, so compare the full number with your old panel or parts list, or send us the model and serial number before ordering.

Replacing a cracked or faded trim panel

Decorative panels finish off the front or top of an appliance and cover the gaps around controls, displays and fixings. They're easily cracked by knocks, scratched when the machine is moved, or faded and stained by detergent spills and sunlight. While a damaged panel rarely stops the machine working, a broken one can leave sharp edges or let water and detergent reach the controls behind it. A genuine panel matches the original shape and finish.

Part details

Genuine Haier part H0020509116GYH

Decorative trim panel

GYH suffix version

Haier H002 laundry numbering

Changing a decorative panel

Switch off at the wall before removing any panels. Trim pieces are usually held by hidden clips, screws under the top lid or both, so check for screws before levering anything. A plastic trim tool avoids marking the cabinet. Transfer any badges or labels if the new panel arrives without them, then press it home until every clip engages.

Questions about this part

What does GYH mean?

It's the version suffix on this Haier number.
