Product details
Part H0020300797 is the genuine hose that carries water and detergent from the dispenser to the tub on Fisher & Paykel and Haier front loaders. Listed models include the WH7560J3 and WH8560J3, the WH8560P1 and WH8060P3, and WH1060P3 and WH9060P3 machines, plus the WD7560P1 and WD8560F1. On the Haier side it's listed for the HWF75DW1 and HWF85DW1, and the HWM75-B12266 and HWM85-B14266.
Washer leaking during the fill
When the washer fills, water flushes through the detergent drawer and down this hose into the tub. It flexes as the tub moves and is bathed in detergent wash after wash, so it eventually perishes, splits or works loose at a clamp. The giveaway is water on the floor that appears while the machine is filling, rather than during the drain or spin. You may also find detergent sludge collecting in the dispenser because flow to the tub is restricted.

Replacing the dispenser hose
Unplug the washer and turn off the water taps. Remove the top panel to reach the dispenser, and note how each end of the hose is clamped and which way it's rotated. Fit the new hose without twists and secure both clamps fully. Refit the panel, run a short wash and check underneath for water.
Questions about this part
How do I know it's this hose leaking?
Watch the machine during the fill. If water appears underneath while it's filling, and the area around the dispenser is damp inside the cabinet, this hose or its clamps are the likely source.
