Fan forced oven not heating
The fan element is the ring shaped heater behind the rear panel, wrapped around the oven fan. The fan pushes air across it and around the cavity, which is how a fan forced oven cooks evenly. When the element burns out you'll usually find the fan spins but the oven stays cold or only lukewarm in fan modes, while the grill or bake elements still work. Other signs are slow preheating, a visible break or blister on the element, or the safety switch tripping as soon as the oven turns on.

Measuring up and fitting
Turn the oven off at the switchboard and let it cool. Remove the rear fan cover to see the element, then count the rings, measure the overall diameter and check the terminal spacing and bracket against this element. Ovens are hard wired, so a licensed electrician should do the swap. Photograph the terminal wiring before disconnecting, and run the oven on fan forced afterwards to check it heats.
