When to replace your robot vacuum's side brushes

Swapping the side brushes

Switch the robot off before turning it over, and lay it on a soft cloth so the top doesn't scratch. Remove the old side brush, which is held by a screw or pulls straight off its shaft depending on the model. Clean hair and fluff from the shaft before fitting the new brush. Check it spins freely, then run a short clean along a wall to test.
