What goes wrong with an LG indoor DC motor
Without the indoor fan turning, an air conditioner can't move air across its coil, so the room never cools or heats even though the outdoor unit runs. The indoor board monitors the motor's speed signal and will usually stop the system and flash a fan fault code when that signal is lost. Replacing the motor safely
