EAC63382216 is LG's genuine 25.2V lithium-ion battery pack for its A9 family of cordless vacuums. It is listed for a long run of A9 models, including the A9MULTI, A9PRO and A9ULTIMATE, the A9K-PRO and A9K-ULTRA, the A9N-MULTI and the A9T-MAX. LG previously used the numbers EAC63382208 and EAC63382205 for this battery, and EAC63382216 is the current number that replaces both.
LG A9 vacuum going flat too quickly? Time for a fresh battery
On a cordless LG vacuum the battery feeds the motor and the powered floor head, so its condition decides how much cleaning you get between charges. Lithium-ion cells slowly lose capacity with age and every charge cycle. Common signs are run time shrinking to a few minutes, the vacuum cutting out as soon as you select a higher power setting, the charge indicator dropping from full to empty quickly, or a pack that won't take a charge at all. If a known good charger still can't revive it, a new pack is the usual fix.

Swapping the battery pack
Switch the vacuum off and lift it off the charging stand before removing the old pack. Check the number on the old battery matches EAC63382216 or one of the earlier numbers. Fit the new pack the same way the old one came out, making sure it locks in, then give it a full charge before first use. Take the old lithium-ion pack to a battery recycling drop-off rather than the household bin.
