Fitting the horizontal vane

Switch the unit off with the remote and then at the circuit breaker. Open the vane gently by hand only as far as it allows, then unclip it from its pivot points and the motor shaft without bending the bearings. Clip the new vane on in the same order, restore power and run swing mode to check it moves smoothly through its full travel.
