No models are listed for it, so check the number against your dishwasher's parts list before ordering. If you can't find it, measure the old basket and send us the model number from the label on the edge of the door through our parts enquiry form.

Dishwasher bottom basket rusting or falling apart

The lower basket rolls in and out along the tub rails and holds the heaviest load in the dishwasher. Over time the coating on the wires chips, rust spots appear and stain dishes, tines snap off, and wheels crack or fall off so the basket drags or derails. A damaged basket can also stop the lower spray arm from turning, which leaves the bottom load dirty. Replacing the whole basket is often simpler than patching up an old one.

Part details

Genuine part DAU12976000005352

Lower basket assembly for dishwashers

Bottom rack for plates, pots and pans

Supplied under De'Longhi DAU numbering

Fitting the new lower basket

Pull the old basket out and lift it clear of the rails.
