Hydrocarbon gas is highly flammable, so cylinders need to be kept upright in a well ventilated place, away from heat, sparks and naked flames, and restrained when carried in a vehicle. Always read the cylinder label and safety data sheet to confirm which gas it holds and how it should be handled. Charge a system only with the refrigerant it was designed for, or one approved by the equipment maker.

Part details

HyChill refrigerant cylinder, 4.5kg size

Stock code CYL4.5

Trade item for licensed refrigeration and air conditioning technicians

Check the cylinder label and safety data sheet for the gas type

Cylinder size

4.5kg

Storage, transport and use

Transport the cylinder upright and secured, with the valve closed and protected.
