ATPCB01 is a genuine main PCB for Euromaid rangehoods, supplied through the Eurostyle group. The main board takes the signals from the rangehood's buttons or touch panel and switches the fan motor speeds and lights. Eurostyle has more than one board in this AT series, such as ATPCB02 and ATPCB04, and they aren't the same part. Rangehood lights or fan not working? Check the main PCB

Every press of a rangehood button goes through the main board, which then powers the motor at the chosen speed and switches the lights. When the board fails, you may find the rangehood completely dead, stuck on one speed, unable to turn off, with flickering lights, or with buttons that respond only some of the time. Steam and grease drawn up from the cooktop can find their way onto the board, and power surges can damage it too. Before replacing it, check the fuse, the supply and the switch panel's connecting cable.

Changing the rangehood main board

Switch off the rangehood at its isolating switch or the switchboard, and if it's hard wired, have a licensed electrician do the job. Remove the filters and the cover over the electronics. Photograph the connectors for the motor, lights and control panel, transfer them one at a time to the new board, and secure it in its housing away from heat and grease before restoring power.
