It's a compatible aftermarket filter, listed against the Omega number so you can match it to the one in your hood. Models on file are the OR917CXA and ORC93XA, the ORC94XBA, and the ORW9XA and ORW9XL. Check how many filters your hood takes, as wider hoods often use more than one.
Greasy Omega rangehood with poor extraction?
The aluminium filter is the first thing cooking fumes hit as they're drawn into the rangehood. It traps grease droplets before they reach the fan, motor and ducting, where grease is much harder to clean and becomes a fire risk. Over time a filter can bend, corrode, clog for good or pull away from its frame. A hood that's noisy, slow to clear steam, dripping grease or fitted with filters that no longer clip in firmly is due for new ones.

Cleaning and replacing the filter
Switch the hood off before removing the filters. Most aluminium filters release with a catch on the front edge, then tilt down and out. Slide the new filter in at the back and push it up until the catch clicks. To keep it working, wash it every month or two in hot soapy water and let it dry fully before refitting.
