Over time those holes can block with fine grounds and oils, or the basket gets dented or bent from knocking it out. You might notice slow or uneven pours, watery coffee, coffee spraying from around the filter holder, or a basket that won't sit flat. A lost or damaged basket is also a common reason to buy a new one.

Part details

Genuine De'Longhi part AS00006261

Large 2 cup filter for double shots

Sits in the filter holder

For De'Longhi espresso coffee machines

Using the new filter

Rinse the new filter in warm water before the first use.
