Product details
AKB75455601 is the genuine LG remote controller assembly sold as the AN-MR700 Magic Remote. It's the motion-sensing pointer remote LG supplied with a range of its webOS smart TVs, letting you move an on-screen cursor by pointing the handset at the screen. If your old remote reads AN-MR700 or AKB75455601, this is a direct replacement. Not sure which remote your TV takes? Send us the TV model number.
LG Magic Remote AN-MR700 not working?
The Magic Remote talks to the TV over a wireless link rather than relying on infrared alone, which is how it drives the on-screen pointer. That also means it has to be paired with the TV. When a Magic Remote stops responding, fit fresh batteries and pair it again, as a lost pairing is a common cause. If the pointer still won't appear, buttons stay dead, the scroll wheel has failed or the case is cracked after a drop, a replacement handset is the fix.

Pairing the new Magic Remote
Put fresh batteries in and turn the TV on. Point the remote at the TV and press the wheel, which doubles as the OK button. The TV normally registers it within a few seconds. If it doesn't, the reset and pairing steps for your TV are in the owner's manual or on LG's support pages. Keep the old remote's batteries out of reach of children until they're recycled.

Will AN-MR700 work with my LG TV?
