Product details
AKB74375305 is a genuine LG remote controller assembly, the factory handset LG supplies under this number. Our records don't list the product or models it was made for, so the best check is the AKB number printed on the back or inside the battery compartment of your old remote, or in your product's parts list. If the numbers match, this is a straight swap.
When a replacement LG remote is the fix
Most remotes send infrared commands to the product they control, and LG designs each remote's buttons and codes around a particular range. A replacement is the answer when the original is lost, cracked, water damaged or has buttons that no longer respond after fresh batteries. Before buying, check the batteries are in the right way round and the product's receiver window is clean. If a phone camera pointed at the remote shows its light flashing when you press a button, but the product still won't respond, the fault may be in the receiver instead.

Getting the remote working
Fit fresh batteries of the type shown in the battery compartment, matching the polarity markings. Point the remote at the product's receiver and test the power button first, then the other functions. A remote matched by part number normally works straight away, but check your product's manual in case a setup step is listed.
Questions about this part
Will this remote work with my LG product?
It will if AKB74375305 is the number listed for your model. LG makes many remotes that look alike but send different commands. If you're unsure, pass on your product's model number using the enquiry form and we'll confirm the fit.
