Models on file are mainly WTG top loaders, including the WTG1032WF, WTG1432WH, WTG1432VH, WTG9032WF, WTG9532WH and WTG8532WH, along with the WTR1132BF. Fitting the factory stator means the coil layout and mounting match what came out of your machine.
Symptoms of a faulty LG washer stator
A direct drive washer has no belt or gearbox. The stator is bolted to the outer tub and its copper windings create a magnetic field that turns the rotor, which is fixed straight onto the drum shaft. When a winding burns out or the stator gets damp or cracked, the drum may stop turning, jerk or only rock back and forth, the machine may hum without moving, or it will stop and show a motor fault. Worn bearings, a faulty sensor or a control board problem can look much the same, so it pays to test before replacing.

Replacing the stator
This is a job for a confident repairer. Switch off at the wall, turn off the taps and drain the machine before removing panels to reach the motor. Take out the rotor bolt and rotor, unplug the stator connector and undo the mounting bolts. Inspect the rotor magnets and connector pins while it's apart. Tighten the bolts evenly on reassembly, then run a test cycle.

How do I know it's the stator and not the board?
A repairer will normally measure the winding resistance across the stator terminals and check the hall sensor before condemning either part. A burnt smell, scorching or a cracked stator body is a strong sign. If the stator tests fine, the control board or wiring is the next suspect.
