Fitting the shelf
Clear the shelf and the one below it, then lift the front edge slightly and slide the old shelf out. If the new shelf has been stored somewhere very hot or cold, let it come to room temperature before it goes into the fridge. Slide it onto the same supports, push it fully back and check it sits level.
