LG's AHA numbers cover pumps and valves across its range, including washer drain pumps and fridge water pumps, and the stock record for this one only says PUMP ASSY. That means the number is what you need to match. Check AHA73653615 against your LG parts list or the label on your existing pump before ordering.

Telling whether the pump in your LG appliance has failed

A pump moves water from one place to another, whether that's draining a wash tub or sending water to a fridge dispenser or ice maker. Pump faults usually show up as water left behind, slow draining, a humming noise with no flow, a drain or water supply error code, or leaks around the pump body. Blockages are the most common cause of pump trouble, so clear any filter, hose or inlet first. If it's clear and still won't run, the pump itself is likely to blame.

Part details

Genuine LG part AHA73653615

Pump assembly

Appliance and models not on file

Match the part number before ordering

Replacing the pump assembly

Switch off at the wall and unplug the appliance.
