Models include the WF-801 and WF-802, the WF-T851 and WF-T852, the WF-T853 and WF-T857, and the WF-T902 and WF-T953A. The WTG8520 and WTG8521 are listed too, along with the WTG9020B and WTG9020V. LG top loader not moving the clothes
Rather than a tall agitator, these LG machines use a low pulsator that turns back and forth to roll the clothes through the water. It is driven from below through a splined hub. If the hub splines strip, the pulsator spins loosely and the clothes barely move. Cracks or broken fins can snag and tear fabric, and a loose pulsator may knock or grind during the wash. Clothes coming out still dirty or tangled in one spot are another hint the pulsator is not doing its job.

Replacing the pulsator
Unplug the washer and make sure the drum is empty and dry. Lever off the centre cap if one is fitted and undo the bolt underneath, then lift the old pulsator straight up. Clean out any coins, hair pins or lint caught beneath it and check the drive hub for wear. Fit the new pulsator onto the splines, tighten the bolt firmly and refit the cap before a test wash.
