Swapping the spray arm

Turn the dishwasher off at the power point first. Slide the upper basket out to reach the arm underneath. Depending on the model, it unscrews, unclips or pulls off its mount. Check the water feed it sits on for blockages, fit the new arm and spin it by hand to make sure it turns freely without hitting the basket. Rinse the jets out regularly to keep the spray strong.
