LG uses several leg assemblies across its range, and this listing is for AFC72755404 only. Without a model list for this number, the way to confirm it is to check your appliance's parts list for AFC72755404, or compare it with the number moulded or printed on your old leg.

Why a damaged appliance leg needs replacing

Appliance legs carry the full weight of the machine and keep it level. On many appliances the legs also screw in or out so the cabinet can be levelled on an uneven floor. A cracked, stripped or missing leg leaves the appliance rocking or leaning. In a washer that means extra vibration and noise on spin. In a fridge, a lean can stop the doors swinging shut on their own. Replacing the damaged leg and re-levelling the appliance fixes both problems.

Part details

Genuine LG part AFC72755404

Leg assembly

For LG appliances

Fitting the new leg

Switch off at the wall and get a helper before tilting the appliance, as it'll be heavy. Remove the old leg, fit the new one, then set the appliance down and adjust until it sits level using a spirit level.

Questions about this part

Which LG appliances does this leg fit?

No model list is on file for AFC72755404, and LG uses different legs on different products.
