Fitting the fan guard
Switch the system off and isolate the outdoor unit at its isolator switch, then wait for the fan to stop. Undo the grille screws or clips, keeping the fixings, and fit the new grille the same way up. Check the blade doesn't touch the grille when turned by hand before restoring power. Leave any electrical work to a licensed electrician.
