What a worn LG fridge door seal does to cooling
The gasket flexes as the door closes and pulls tight against the cabinet face to form an airtight seal. Over the years the rubber can tear at the corners, go hard, or take a set where it has been pressed flat. Swapping the gasket
Switch off the fridge at the power point and empty the door shelves so the door is light to work on. Remove the old gasket and wipe the channel clean.
