Product details
ADQ75798001 is a genuine LG mesh filter assembly. LG uses mesh filters in several product types, washing machines and dishwashers among them, and each design has its own number, so the ADQ code is what matters here. If ADQ75798001 is printed on your old filter or listed for your model in LG's parts list, this is the right part. Not sure? Send us your LG model number first.
What a mesh filter assembly does
A mesh filter traps lint, food scraps or other debris before it can reach the parts behind it, such as pumps, motors or finer filters. The fine mesh rinses clean easily, but over time it can tear, warp or block with residue that won't wash out. A damaged filter lets debris through, while a clogged one restricts flow. Either problem can show up as poor performance, odd noises or error codes. Replacing the complete assembly gives you a new frame and mesh together.

Fitting the new mesh filter
Turn the appliance off and unplug it before removing any filter. Take out the old assembly, noting which way it faces and how it locks in. Clear any debris from the housing. Fit the new filter the same way round, make sure it seats or clicks fully, then run the appliance and check it works normally.
