LG fridge warm or noisy at the back? Check the condenser fan
The condenser fan pulls air across the condenser coil and compressor at the back of the fridge. That airflow carries away the heat removed from inside the cabinet. If the blade cracks, loosens on the motor shaft or catches on something, airflow drops and the compressor runs hotter and longer. You may hear rattling, ticking or scraping from the bottom rear, feel unusual heat there, or notice both compartments slowly warming. A blade that wobbles or has a missing piece should be replaced before it damages the motor.

Fitting the fan blade
Unplug the fridge and pull it out so you can remove the rear access cover. Vacuum dust from the condenser and fan area while it is open. Note which way the old blade faces, remove it from the motor shaft and fit the new one the same way round, making sure it spins freely without touching the shroud. Refit the cover, as it helps direct the airflow.
