Keep a can of K2R stain remover in the laundry cupboard for those marks that a normal wash will not shift. This is the 150g aerosol, stock code ACC020. It is a spot treatment you apply straight to the stain rather than something you add to the wash, so you can tackle a mark on fabric before it has a chance to set.
Spot cleaning stains on fabric
Some marks, grease and oil in particular, can survive a wash cycle and become harder to shift once they have been through the dryer. A spot stain remover lets you treat the mark on its own before the item goes in the machine, or deal with fabric that cannot be washed easily.
