Ariston washing machine leaking from the door?
The bellows forms a watertight seal between the outer cabinet and the drum opening, flexing as the drum moves during washing and spinning. Over time the rubber can split, perish or get torn by coins, underwire and zips caught in the folds. A damaged seal usually shows up as water on the floor in front of the machine, often only during the wash or rinse stages when the water level is highest. Changing the door bellows
Switch the washer off at the wall and turn off the taps. The bellows is normally held by an outer clamp band at the front panel and an inner band around the drum lip, so take photos before removing them. Most seals have a mark or tab that sits at the top, so match the orientation of the old one. Seat the inner lip fully, refit both bands, then run a rinse cycle and check for drips.
