Dyson losing suction or pulsing on and off?
On these cordless models, the filter fits onto the main body and cleans the air after it has passed through the cyclones, before it leaves the machine. Swapping the filter
Turn the vacuum off and take it off the charger. Empty the bin, then twist or unclip the old filter from the main body as shown in your user guide. Tap loose dust into a bin outside. Fit the new filter until it locks into place and sits evenly, then run the vacuum to confirm suction has improved. Never run the machine without a filter fitted.
