Signs your vacuum bag needs changing
A bagged vacuum relies on the bag as its main filter. As it fills, the pores clog and the space for airflow shrinks, so suction falls off well before the bag looks completely full. Changing the bag and filter
Turn the vacuum off and unplug it. Open the bag compartment, slide the full bag's collar off the inlet and seal it if it has a tab, then drop it straight into the bin. Fit the new bag so its collar sits fully over the inlet, with the bag unfolded in the compartment. Swap the filter as well when it looks grey or clogged, then close the lid and check suction.
