Changing the filter

Switch the vacuum off and unplug it. Open the filter cover, lift out the old filter and note which way it faces. Wipe any loose dust from the housing with a dry cloth, sit the new filter in the same position and close the cover firmly. If the cover will not shut easily, the filter is probably the wrong way round, so take it out and turn it over.
