A turbo nozzle uses the vacuum's own airflow to spin a brush roll, so it digs hair, lint and fluff out of carpet and rugs without needing its own power lead. It's made for 36mm tube connections, so check your vacuum's tube size before ordering.
Getting pet hair out of carpet with a turbo nozzle
A standard floor head relies on suction alone, which struggles with hair wound into carpet pile. The turbine in a turbo nozzle spins the brush roll as air rushes through it, and the bristles loosen embedded hair so the vacuum can pick it up. If your existing turbo head has stopped spinning, check for hair wrapped around the brush and debris jammed in the turbine first. A worn brush, broken drive belt or cracked housing usually means a new nozzle is the better fix.

Using the turbo nozzle
Switch the vacuum off and remove the current floor head. Push the turbo nozzle firmly onto the tube until it locks. Use it on carpets and rugs rather than delicate surfaces, and lift it off long-pile or fringed rugs if the brush starts to grab. Clear wrapped hair from the brush roll regularly to keep the turbine spinning freely.
